Pilates Instructor

Pilates Instructor: We are hiring for our newest location in San Marco! We are seeking knowledgeable and passionate Pilates Instructors who are comprehensively certified and/or fully reformer certified. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group equipment (reformer, springboard, jumpboard) classes and educating participants on proper form and technique. In addition to classes, our instructors should be comfortable teaching both private and duet sessions to new clients and/or experienced clients. Each instructor must present a certification from a reputable training source. After interviewing, the instructor will be expected to try out by teaching a 30-minute class to COREmotion management. 

Responsibilities:
– Planning and Instructing engaging and dynamic Hot Mat Pilates classes for participants of all fitness levels
– Providing clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises
– Assisting participants with modifications and adjustments as needed
– Creating a positive and motivating environment for class participants
– Monitoring participant progress and providing feedback and encouragement
– Ensuring the safety of all participants by adhering to proper body mechanics and alignment techniques
– Maintaining a clean and organized studio space

Experience:

-Current Comprehensive and/or Full Reformer certification required.

– Previous experience teaching Pilates equipment classes and Private/Duet sessions.

– Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to exercise

– Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain exercises and provide feedback to participants

– Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals

Hot Pilates Fusion Instructors

Jacksonville Beach | San Marco

We are hiring for our newest location in San Marco! We are seeking knowledgeable and passionate Certified Mat Pilates Instructors to teach in our Hot Pilates Room. As a Mat Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading hot Pilates fusion classes and educating participants on proper form and technique. All classes will be taught in an infrared heated room ranging from 85-95 degrees. If you are a certified mat Pilates instructor and love helping others achieve their fitness goals, we would love to hear from you. Instructors will be required to complete the COREmotion hot Pilates fusion training (approx 10 hours)

– Familiarity with various fitness modalities such as yoga, kickboxing, cycling, or dance

– Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain exercises and provide feedback to participants

– Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
