How do I reserve a class?

Download our app from either the Apple Store or Google Play, COREmotion Pilates. Once you create your account, you can sign up for classes, purchase packages and/or memberships and manage your schedule from the app.

If I’m new to Pilates, can I start with classes?

If you’ve never done Pilates, we highly recommend starting with a private lesson. We offer an Introductory Private Special for our new clients (3 sessions for $200). We want you to feel comfortable with the Pilates method, be able to address your personal Pilates goals before entering class, and be able to negotiate the Pilates apparatus.’ We teach all classes with the expectation that our clients understand Pilates cues and are able to use the Pilates apparatus’ properly. If you are coming to a hot Pilates fusion class, there is no need for a private beforehand.

What equipment is required for reformer and hot classes?

Reformer classes: grip socks

Hot classes: mat and mat towel (if you prefer)

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy for all classes is 12-hours and can be done on your app. Our cancellation policy for all private, duet and Physical Therapy sessions is 24-hours and can be done on your app. All late cancellations can be done on your app as well.

What fees are incurred for late cancellation and/or not showing up for class?

The penalty for both is a loss of credit. *If you are a member (at any level), the penalty is a $15 fee charged to your credit card on file. 

What is your policy for arriving late to class?

We do not accept late arrivals to class as this is disruptive to both the clients and the instructor. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes early in case there are parking issues or you need to gather equipment before the class.

Do you offer packages and/or memberships?

Yes, we offer both for all classes offered in the studio.

What are the perks of packages vs memberships?

Package holders receive a discount on their per class rate and have a 30-day rolling booking window. 

Members receive a discount on their per class rate and have a 60-day rolling booking window. They also receive discounts on retail and services based on their membership level.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, once per year you can freeze your membership by calling the studio to let us know the timeframe you would like it to be frozen.

What is the policy for canceling my membership?

30-days advance notice via email or phone call to the studio

Does my membership work at all locations?

Yes, we will offer reciprocal memberships to both our Jax Beach and San Marco locations. Fee TBD.

How do I know if I make it off the waitlist?

You will be automatically notified via SMS (text) and/or email. You will be automatically added to class if you do make it off the waitlist. If you are unable to attend the class, please contact the studio ASAP so you can be early canceled from class. You will be subject to the penalty if you contact the studio less than 6 hours.

Do you have showers and lockers at the studio?

Yes, we have showers and lockers/storage areas at both studio locations. Both are first come, first serve. We provide a limited number of shower towels so we recommend you bring your own.

Do you provide towels?

We provide small sweat towels complimentary.
