COREhip Circuit

COREhip uses a variety of equipment including reformer, spring boards, Lagree, and weights to form a high intensity pilates interval class! You will rotate through four stations and get a full body, calorie burning workout. This class is not recommended for beginners as it is fast paced and uses all equipment. Grip socks are required! Cancellation Policy: 12 hours prior to class time – late cancels or no shows will result in loss of class credit
