Sweat

Our signature sweat class is our take on mat pilates, using weights and props to intensify your workout in a room heated to 95 degrees. Grounded in classical mat Pilates, we will flow with the music to build lean muscles, torch your abs, and detox your body. Please note that mats are required. Bring your own, or you may rent or purchase one in studio. It is recommended to bring a mat towel as well. *Late arrivals will not be permitted!* Cancellation Policy: 12-hours prior to class time – Late cancels or no shows will result in loss of class credit or $15 penalty for unlimited members.
