Embracing pilates at any and every point in life. My active life in dance, golf and gymnastics was disrupted by a severe knee injury in high school. Pilates played a crucial role in my recovery, but high costs in NYC led me to start with mat-based training. Moving to Florida during the pandemic, I completed a year-long mentorship, gaining experienc with diverse populations and deepening my understanding of body mechanics. I moved to Colorado after completeting that training to enrich my training with the support of my mentor, Master Teacher Pat Guyton. Learning functional anatomy, Franklin Method, classical training, taking various courses on fascia, pre and post natal work; I firmly believe there is a place in this practice for every BODY. After 3 years of training, traveling, demonstrating, assisting and developing programs/workshops, domestically and internationally, I have relocated back to the beach. I’m excited to continue my Pilates journey and share what I’ve learned.
