Samantha F, Studio Manager
Sam is from a big family in Lexington, KY and graduated from the University of Louisville with a bachelors in Exercise Science. She and her husband then moved to San Diego & finally Neptune Beach where they live with their German Shepard, Titan. Sam completed her 500-hr comprehensive Pilates certification in 2017 and has been teaching fitness ever since. She lives by working hard, taking walks on the beach, good food, a dirty martini, & lots of laughter.
