Originally from Ocala, Florida, Ainsley has always loved movement and staying active. She played collegiate volleyball at Georgia Southern University and found Pilates after her playing days were over. After seeing how much Pilates improved her posture, strength, and flexibility, she was inspired to deepen her practice and get certified through COREmotion. When she’s not teaching Pilates, you can catch her on ESPN chatting about volleyball. Whether she’s coaching, teaching, or talking sports, Ainsley loves helping people move and feel their best.
