Using a mix of contemporary & classical pilates, each class will be different, but a full body workout every time. We will flow and move the body in all planes of motion to build strength and mobility. Grip socks are required. NEW to reformer?? We highly recommend a private session(s) prior to joining a class. Please call the studio for details. For ADVANCED Reformer classes, prior experience is REQUIRED. Cancellation Policy: 12-hours prior to class – late cancels or no shows will result in loss of class credit
