I’ve always had a passion for the practice of Pilates, which began years ago when I first tried mat. What started as a personal workout quickly turned into a love for Pilates, thanks to the results it gave me, both physically and mentally. Over time, I realized how much Pilates transformed my body, improving my strength, flexibility, and posture. Driven by my desire to share these benefits with others, I decided to get certified and teach mat Pilates. To me, it’s not just a workout—it’s an energizing and fun way to build a stronger, healthier body. I have loved teaching Pilates and helping others experience the same positive changes that I did.
