
Kelly D
Kelly grew up in West Virginia and attended Marshall University. Kelly moved to Florida and started teaching fitness in 2002. After having children Kelly started practicing Pilates and fell in love. Realizing Pilates addressed the imbalances in her body that had developed over the years. Kelly believes Pilates not only makes you stronger physically but also mentally. In 2013 Kelly became certified with Balanced Body, furthering her certifications with PHI, Booty Barre, and Core Suspend.
