Kristie was born outside New York City and grew up in Connecticut, eventually attending Boston College. After moving to a small seaside town outside of Boston in 2005, she was first introduced to barre and Pilates. Initially skeptical because the workout did not leave her “dripping in sweat,” the changes in her body and strength ultimately convinced her this was a good choice for the long haul. In 2014, Kristie and her family relocated to Florida and she began taking Pilates five days a week to rehabilitate her back. In August of 2020, she joined COREmotion and has loved the challenge of creating classes for clients that leave them saying…”Pilates is hard work!”
