Originally from St. Augustine, Lizzie has been living in Jacksonville Beach since graduating from Florida State University. She’s always had a passion for fitness and strength training, but fell in love with Pilates after seeing how much stronger, more balanced, and connected it made her feel. She loves the combo of Pilates and the infrared heated room and is excited to help others feel the same energy and strength that got her hooked in the first place.
