This is for clients who want to get a full body workout, heart rates UP and sweat rolling! These classes utilize various pieces of equipment like the jumpboard, TRX, BOSU, hand weights and microformer. Sticky socks required
Read below for specific class descriptions:
COREjump+sculpt: A great way to get your cardio fix in a low-impact, high-intensity class! These classes are performed on the reformers with the jumpboards attached. You’ll spend most of your time jumping, but will be challenged with some classical reformer work with the addition of props and/or weights.
COREhip (High Intensity Pilates): This class is performed in the HOT ROOM (85-90 degrees) and utilizes various equipment like TRX, BOSU and Lagree Microformers. You will perform a set number of exercises at each station for 1 minute each with limited rest periods. All exercises are rooted in Pilates concepts but will include weight training exercises like squats, lunges, plyometrics, planks, etc. Your heart rate will soar, sweat will drip and you’ll feel every muscle in your body tremble on the way out of class!
