Physical Therapy & Dry Needling
We offer Physical Therapy to clients who need hands on, one-on-one treatment from a Physical Therapist. All our PT services are CASH ONLY. We do not accept nor file insurance. We can give you a superbill if you wish to file with your insurance independently. This is NOT for clients who prefer to have a Physical Therapist as their Pilates Instructor (this service is based on availability of the PT). Here’s what we offer:
Physical Therapy Evaluation (50 min): This is a one-on-one evaluation conducted by a licensed Physical Therapist where we will assess your case and develop a treatment plan, along with you, to address the deficiencies found during the evaluation. You may or may not receive a treatment during this evaluation (time-dependent).
Physical Therapy Treatment (50 min): This session will be based on your treatment plan and will include modalities such as manual therapy (massage, dry needling) and Pilates-based strengthening. You can expect to receive a home program along with any adjustments to your treatment plan, as needed.
Dry Needling: These are 30 min appointments and are for dry needling only. A licensed, certified Physical Therapist will perform the dry needling services. If you are not sure if this is for you, please contact the studio to connect with a Physical Therapist.
